Each PTA unit is required to report their volunteer hours on a monthly basis. \u00c2\u00a0The Volunteer Tally Sheet for PTA Units<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0 is a useful tool for recording hours donated by every individual, whether a PTA member or not, who has participated or assisted in PTA events or activities. \u00c2\u00a0PTA events may include fundraising activities, association meetings, board meetings, assisting in after school programs sponsored by the PTA, attending meetings at the council or district level, attending conferences such as the California State Legislation Conference, or the California State PTA Convention, going to the bank to make deposits, buying supplies and items for the PTA, to name a few.<\/p>\n
