<\/p>\nThere will be a brief tour of the Green Schoolyard Project, built this year at Eagle Rock Elementary, that was funded by the The Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006\u00c2\u00a0(Proposition 84). The benefits of this type of project to the school community will be discussed and information about LAUSD’s SEEDS grants (http:\/\/www.laschools.org\/new-site\/seeds\/<\/a>) as well as some other state resources that are available through the California Natural Resources Agency (http:\/\/resources.ca.gov\/grants\/urban-greening\/<\/a>) will be presented.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
